Snow, Rain, and Sunshine
Well, that was an interesting week weather wise that is for sure! We started the week with the white stuff. Not much snow but it was enough to give the area a nice blanket for a few days. It forced me to put the new tires I bought onto the truck so for me, the snow was a motivating factor!
It was a busy week for me on the real estate front. I am working on getting Sandy Point Properties listed for sale on Pigeon Lake. There are a number of parcels involved in this property. It is quite a project as there is a ton of one of a kind properties to be listed so putting a value on the properties may prove to be a challenge. The first lot is now listed. 1.5 acres on Pigeon Lake. (Fire Route 72) This property is listed at 1.5 Million.
I caught a sunrise over Our Lady Mercy. I think the sunrise was a sign of some warmth coming!
But not for another day! It was a damp day in Young’s Point! But it is always gloomy to head to the dentist for me. I truly hate going to that place. I am such a wimp when it comes to the dentist, that woman terrifies me the 5’2″ meanie.
But then Wednesday Morning happened. Wow. What a morning. It felt like it was a whole new season. I was invited to my friend’s hunting camp for the night. Tons of fun, huge dinner, laughs, and maybe a few alcoholic beverages.
I was on County Rd 46 between Havelock and Apsley close to Kasshabog Lake and I seen just a beautiful sight of a reflection on a swamp. I snapped a few shots.
I have been working with a high number of investors this year. It is a mixture of business and residential real estate. I met with a group of young men that are starting an investment business and I had a really interesting meeting with these guys this week. We are looking for flips. Anything with wallpaper is what we are looking for!
This weekend was just so nice. Saturday I spent most of the day at a hockey arena but Sunday I was outside for the whole day. I was in Ennismore showing waterfront on Buckhorn Lake and then I went home to have coffees with Susan on the patio and watch the kids play with the ATV.
I also created a video experience for you to see the area from the comfort of your home. CLICK HERE to see it.
