Weather is changing to winter temperatures quickly. Cottagers are scrambling to get docks, boats and water systems winterized for the year. It seemed like the season was being pushed to the limit!
The colours on the trees are now moved to the yellow and brown phase. After that phase it is just bareness until the snow flies and the ice sticks!
The cottage market is as hot as ever. That said lack of listings are keeping the volume of sales down. You have to consider yourself lucky if you can land a cottage sale and you will also have to pay. For the first time since I started real estate sales in 2007 I have no active listings. I am working hard to make sure my buyers have a chance at every listing that does hit the market.
This week I was able to see some new lakes and that I have never seen before. I also seen some lakes I seen many times. That said everything was beautiful! Check out these pictures!
